BNSF Boots User Guide

 

Please note the website works best using Google Chrome.


Chet’s has developed a method to order Suburban Services, Resource Protection and Women’s safety boots online.  You still can go to your local store and try on safety boots if you prefer.  If you cannot see the Resource Protection or Suburban Services order options then you don’t have permission to order from these websites.  Please notify your supervisor or safety contact for access.


The same information used to order winter boots is also used to order safety boots.  If you haven’t already set up an account to order winter boots then you should set up a BNSF Chet’s account now to proceed with ordering safety boots.

 


When you arrive at the site: bnsfboots.com you will be able to enter your email address and password to log in if you already have an account:

 

 


Once you put in your correct email address and password you will be brought to the Main Page where you will be able to order your boots.

 

 


If your email address and password were incorrect you will see the following screen with a red bar and error message:

 

 


A green acknowledgement message is displayed. If your email is correct and in the system you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

 

 

 

Please check your email for instructions on resetting your password. The email will look like this:

 

 


If you do not receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password, then an account does not exist for th email address you entered. You will need to create an account. To do so, please click the Create Account button.

 


Employment status must be verified prior to creating an account. You will be required to enter your Last Name and your Employee ID and click Submit.

 

 

 

Once your employment has been verified, you will be able to create an account by filling out your account details. Please note that all fields are required. 

 

 


If you receive the error below during the employment verification step, you may not be registered in the system, or there is a problem with your account.

After entering your account details, you will receive the following confirmation message. Click OK and you will be taken to the login page where you can login to your account.

 

 

 

Once you are logged into the system, you will be brought to the main page with the categories of boots available to order: 

 

 

 

You will choose the category of boots you wish to order. In this example, we will choose Winter Boots. Simply click the View button below Winter Boots:

 

 

 

This will show you which Winter Boots are available. 

 

 

 

For this example, you would click on the Snowgear #49-16 product as shown above. This will bring you to a page where you will choose your Size and Width:

 

 

 

Add your selection of boot to your cart by clicking on ADD TO CART. A pop-up window will confirm your choice. To continue shopping click the Continue Shopping button. To review your shopping cart or to begin checkout, click the View or Edit Your Cart button.

 

 

 

 

When viewing your cart, it will look like this:

 

 

 

You will must enter a Voucher Code for each item in your cart. If you do not have a Voucher Code you will not be able to check out.  The website does not accept any other payment method. 

 

If you need assistance in obtaining a Voucher, please ask your manager and they will discuss your options with you. For online assistance, please contact Support at 1-800-499-5476 or send an email to support@chetsshoes.com and describe the issue you are having. 

 

If you enter an incorrect voucher, an error message will be displayed with the details regarding the issue with the voucher entered.

 

 

 

You will not be able to check out without a valid voucher.

When you enter a valid voucher, you will the following confirmation message.

 

 

 

Once you have applied a voucher for each product in your cart, a Checkout button will be displayed. Click on the Checkout button to continue the purchase process.

 

 

 

On the ensuing screen you will enter your shipping information and any special notes. 

 

 

 

After entering your address details, click the Place Order button to complete your transaction. 

 

 

 

On the next page, you will see that your order has been successfully placed.  You will also receive an email confirmation about your order.
