Please note that due to program limitations, redeemed vouchers cannot be reissued or reused on the website, even after a product is returned. Not to worry, we will make sure you are fully taken care of. Our team will handle your exchange, update your order, and make sure your voucher is applied to your new pair of boots. If you are returning a pair of boots, our team will be happy to guide you through the return process. Please note that exception vouchers are issued by your employer, so you will need to contact your supervisor to request one once the return is complete.
